Instructions
Before submitting online A/C applications, please have the installation technician complete the following airflow tests and the appropriate refrigerant charge tests (depending on whether the system is TXV or non-TXV) using the appropriate reference charts. Note that the outdoor temperature must be at or above the minimum specified by the manufacturer for testing to take place. The technician should then sign the form and print or email a copy for the customer to upload and submit with online A/C application.
