Anoka's Waste Reduction & Recycling Board is seeking individuals or neighborhoods interested in participating in an Organics Drop-off Program. City residents will have the opportunity to collect materials such as food scraps, tissues, paper towels, and plant trimmings from their residence and take them to a centralized drop-off location. This material will then be taken to a processing site and turned into compost.
